"Brew House Design for the Home Brewer"

This lecture coveres all aspects of brewhouse design including material selection, orginization and the design of major components. It emphasizes that there is no one best way to make a brewery, each brewer must make the decisions that makes them satasified.

"Fermenter Design and It's Influence on Brewing"

This lecture includes all of the major fermenting options with tips on cleaning and sanitizing each one and ideas for controlling fermentation temperature.

Bio - Colin Kaminski is a product designer for Beer, Beer and More Beer. He is responsible for the design of the external cooled fermenter, the digital hot liquor tank, the new grain mills as well as more than 50 other products. Look at his Product Gallery to see some of his designs.

He also works as a brewer for Downtown Joe's in Napa. Downtown Joe's is a 7 barrel brew pub producing about 700 barrels a year.

Colin has extensive experience as a designer including tooling, musical instruments and theatrical set and lighting. His hobbies are soaring and holography.

He has written articles for Brew Your Own magazine. His first brewing article won a Quill and Tankard Award - 3^rd Place, Category: Feature - Brewing, North American Guild of Beer Writers. Look at his bibliography for more information on his writing.
